The Still Small Voice

The Evangelist

When you were falling,
I held you in My hand,
For I reached out and caught you at the cry of
A repentant heart.
I cradled you until you became whole again,
My jewel.
For like a child, you held out both hands to Me
And I pulled you out of the pit you had
Created for yourself.
As I had compassion on you,
I filled you with compassion for the lost as well.
Cradled in My hands, you became as My Hands
To reach out and lift them up to Me.
You are My evangelist.

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our tribulation that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted by God.
II Corinthians 1:3,4
