The Still Small Voice

Valuable

You are valuable to Me,
Saith the Lord;
The same way that a new born child is
Valued and cherished by a loving parent.
You have done nothing to earn this affection
As you lie helpless and wailing before Me,
Crying for your own need, unable to respond to Me
At this moment with the love I desire.
You are like a child - My Child,
Cherished and valuable.
I gave My life for thee, My little one.
Now you live.
I have birthed you in pain and sacrifice
To make you My own
By your faith in what I have done for thee on Calvary.
My little one,
Now open your newborn eyes and see how
Valuable
You are to Me.
If any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away:
all things are become new.
II Corinthians 5:17
